The International Hotel Managers’ Circle (“CIDH”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Lucia Romero de Ávila Nieto (@lucia.rt7) as the new Director of the Wellness Area. This appointment is part of the process of expansion and consolidation of the CIDH as a global benchmark in the union of hotel management professionals.
Lucia Romero de Avila is a highly qualified professional in the field of wellness and training, with extensive experience in the wellness sector. She has held positions of responsibility in various projects, in which she has developed wellness and relaxation programmes for clients. She is currently director and founder of the first SPA School in Spain, Renova Thermal (@renova_thermal).
In her new position as Director of the Wellness Department of the CIDH, Lucia Romero de Ávila will be in charge of leading the wellness and wellness initiatives in the tourism sector, promoting the implementation of training that promote the integral wellbeing of guests, the professionalisation of hotel staff and increase the prestige of the establishment.
The CIDH is confident that the addition of Lucia Romero de Ávila to the management team of the Wellness Department will contribute significantly to the growth and development of the organisation, and to the improvement of the guest experience in the hotels of CIDH members.
